Our Services

Board Retreat

Our firm is known for creating enthusiasm and lasting commitment while skillfully helping groups come to consensus on goals and measurable objectives. We facilitate in a way that brings out every opinion and every issue be they easy or hard to discuss, while also having a sense of fun. In addition to goal setting, other topics such as prioritization of other plans, mission and vision work, board development or on a particular topic can be the subject.

“ Chris brings extra value, because through his facilitation, all are invested in the plan, excited about the work, and great energy has been created.” -- Jim Thompson, CAE, IOM, Chief Staff Officer, Property Records Industry Association.

Larger Strategic Planning Work

Our firm maintains a strong sense of dynamic energy over the course of larger strategic planning projects. Internal and external stakeholders are engaged at every level through assessments. Governing Boards set clear direction and the work stretches to the staff and others on setting actionable steps on the ground leading to tangible results.

“Chris was hired for his ability to cut to the core competencies and take elements from each stakeholder group - past presidents, committee chairs, board of directors and staff - and weave them together. Through his systemized model, he helped us create a road map that is attainable and stretches us to go from Good to Great.” Josie H. Eatmon, Executive Director, Triangle Apartment Association
