
Chris Aycock

Chris Aycock,
President, has extensive facilitation and strategic planning experience
and understands the often complex dynamics of organizations. He is trained,
skilled and experienced in nationally respected facilitation approaches
including The Skilled Facilitator approach by Roger Schwarz and Associates,
Inc.; and Technology of Participation by The Institute of Cultural
Affairs.
Prior to founding The Aycock Group, Chris worked in management
positions in the public sector including serving as a senior level manager.
This experience provides first-hand knowledge in relating to the various
positions in which clients may find themselves.
Chris Aycock has a
Masters in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and is a
member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and
Public Administration. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Ron Aycock |
Ron
Aycock, Senior Associate, has recently retired as the Executive Director
of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners (NCACC) where he
served for over thirty years.
Ron has a deep understanding of local
government issues, intergovernmental relations, governance issues and a firm
knowledge of the history of government in North Carolina both at the local and
state level.
As the leader of a successful association, he also gained
a valuable awareness of the unique issues that affect nonprofits.
Ron
Aycock holds business and law degrees from The University of North Carolina at
Chapel Hill.
