With a studied approach to each project, we value the opportunity to work in a collaborative way with the client and create dynamic constructive results. The firm focuses on providing consulting to mission driven organizations such as nonprofits, associations, governments and churches.
Chris Aycock, principal
Chris Aycock has led nonprofits, church groups, governmental entities and associations in their strategic planning processes. He has also facilitated valuable retreats and policy meetings.
As an experienced manager in the public sector, private sector and in the nonprofit arena, he has developed skills in facilitation, organizational development and management systems. This experience provides not only skills but practical knowledge to know first hand the various positions clients may find themselves in.
He is a member of AENC (Association Executives of North Carolina), TODN (Triangle Organizational Development Network) and the consultants group of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina.
Chris Aycock has a Masters in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha, the National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Public Administration. He has a Bachelors of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ron Aycock, associate
Ron Aycock is the retired executive director of The North Carolina Association of County Commissioners where he served for over 30 years. He has a deep understanding of intergovernmental relations, governance issues and a firm knowledge of the history of governmental relationships in North Carolina both at the local and state level as well as nationally.
