
With over 40 years of combined experience, we are
highly skilled, educated and trained in affecting meaningful change by working
both within and for governmental entities and non-profit
organizations.
The Aycock Group is led by President Chris Aycock, an
experienced facilitator and consultant, and Senior Associate Ron Aycock, former
executive director of the North Carolina Association of County Commissioners.
Through their years of collective experiences, both principals have the
skills and deep practical understanding of strategic planning, facilitation,
board development, political issues and management topics. Based right here in
North Carolina, we have developed a deep understanding of the culture and
politics of our state.
We utilize and integrate many nationally
respected facilitation methods and combine these with our practical expertise
in leadership to create positive and meaningful change within government,
nonprofit, and educational institutions.
Chris Aycock has a Masters in
Public Administration from North Carolina State University and Ron Aycock has a
law degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
